A gray, knitted hat.

Eskimo hats. Given the eskimo trend that rose this winter, knitted and fur hats are everywhere. While some opt for the traditional beanie, others have fallen in love with the animal knit hats. The bold go for the trapper hats with earflaps, probably one of the most efficient when it comes to keeping warm.  

Trapper hats are a Fall/Winter 2010 trend.

A pair of leather gloves.

Tight-fitting gloves vs. fingerless gloves. This is one of those few trends which is open to choice of the wearer. While tight-fitting leather or suede gloves may pamper your hands, fingerless gloves can give an urban appeal to an outfit. Tight gloves are more for the sophisticated and dainty girl. Fingerless gloves coincide with the laidback and fun girl. Either types of gloves can add a pop of color to your outfit.

Lace. Especially with the women's lingerie trend still on the fashion scene, lace will be appearing in dress shirts and holiday dresses this winter. While lace can be sensual and fun to wear, be sure to wear it in layers to keep yourself warm. A lace neccessity for this season will be the patterned black dress.

Statement sweaters. Let it be christmas themed vests or v-neck sweaters, these pieces are making a major comeback. The trend is unisex. This is the perfect time to pull out the traditionally "ugly" sweater, pair it with skinny jeans or a collar shirt, making it fashionably acceptable!
